In accordance with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the College strictly adheres to all prescribed norms relating to the Student Grievance Redressal System. An effective grievance redressal mechanism is an essential component of good governance, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students and staff.

The Grievance Redressal Cell of Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Management and Technology is dedicated to addressing students' concerns promptly, fairly, and transparently. Students may submit grievances related to academics, administration, examinations, infrastructure, student services, or any other matter affecting their academic or campus experience through this grievance portal. All complaints will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the established procedures.

The Grievance Redressal Committee remains committed to fostering a harmonious, respectful, and conducive academic environment by ensuring that every grievance is heard, examined impartially, and resolved efficiently.

  • To ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and NAAC guidelines regarding student grievance redressal

Functions of the Grievance Redressal Committee
  • Any grievance or complaint submitted by a student is placed before the Committee without delay and addressed promptly, fairly, and in accordance with the prescribed procedures
  • The College follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging, harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct affecting students
  • At the start of each academic session, faculty members create awareness among students about the functions, procedures, and importance of the Grievance Redressal Cell
  • The Anti-Ragging Committee regularly conducts awareness initiatives on anti-ragging regulations, preventive measures, and the consequences of violating these rules
  • All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality, and appropriate action is taken as per College and UGC regulations
