Students Code of Conduct
  • A minimum of 75% attendance in each subject and practical is mandatory. Students who fail to meet this requirement will not be eligible to appear for examinations.
  • Students who are unable to attend classes or practical sessions must submit a written application to the Director/Principal seeking prior permission.
  • Continuous absence without prior approval may lead to removal from the college without any notice.
  • Once admitted, students are not permitted to change their selected programme or subjects.
  • Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation of admission.
  • The use of mobile phones within the college premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Students arriving late will not be allowed to enter once the gates are closed.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the campus during college hours after entry, until classes are concluded.
  • Consumption of betel nuts, tobacco, chewing gum, or any objectionable substances is strictly prohibited on campus.
  • Any damage to college property will result in disciplinary action and penalties.
  • Ragging, whether physical or through social media, is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
  • Wearing the prescribed college uniform is compulsory; entry without it will not be permitted.
  • Carrying a valid college identity card is mandatory. Students without an I-Card will not be allowed to enter the premises.
  • Full course fees must be paid at the time of admission.
  • The fee structure will be governed by the guidelines issued by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University from time to time.
  • Students must maintain strict discipline within the college premises at all times.
  • Any issues or concerns should be reported immediately to the Director/Principal.
  • Students who drive motor vehicles must possess a valid RTO licence and wear a helmet. Vehicles will not be allowed on campus without these requirements.
Faculty Code of Conduct
  • Faculty members are expected to uphold high standards of punctuality, integrity, and professional ethics at all times.
  • They must dress in a decent, sober, and appropriate manner suited to their responsibilities; casual attire is not permitted.
  • Faculty should actively cooperate and collaborate with colleagues as well as external organizations to contribute to the growth and development of the college and its students.
  • They are expected to interact with colleagues in a professional, respectful, and cordial manner, regardless of differences in position, gender, or status within the institution.
  • Faculty members must foster and maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues, non-teaching staff, and students.
The Role of the Governing Body
  • To ensure the effective administration of the institute and that it fulfills the objectives for which it has been established.
  • To exercise due care, diligence, and professional competence in all responsibilities, and seek expert advice whenever necessary.
  • To actively participate in meetings of the governing body and its committees, and remain well-informed to contribute meaningfully to decision-making.
  • To facilitate the development of specialized academic programs by ensuring adequate provision of library resources, equipment, and learning facilities.
  • To provide and maintain appropriate infrastructure, premises, equipment, and other essential resources to support the smooth functioning of the institute.
