The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) plays a vital role at Dr S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Management and Technology, serving as the bridge between regulatory compliance and true campus inclusion. Its mandate translates into institutional responsibilities, key functions, and impact areas aligned with UGC guidelines and NAAC criteria.

Objectives
- ✦To make sure everyone has a fair chance to get a good education without facing any unfair treatment
- ✦To help students who come from poorer or overlooked groups
- ✦To encourage teaching and learning methods that include everyone
- ✦To inform students and their families about the aid and scholarships provided by the government
- ✦To stop unfair treatment because of someone's caste, gender, religion, disability, or financial situation
Functions of the Cell
- ✦To find and deal with problems connected to discrimination
- ✦To help students with their studies through extra coaching and guidance
- ✦To teach students about scholarships, free trips, and support programs
- ✦To hold programs that raise awareness about fairness and equal treatment
- ✦To make sure students with disabilities can access everything easily
- ✦To keep track of complaints and send reports to IQAC

Students can contact the Equal Opportunity Cell in two ways:
